What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Although generally due to the digital nature of knitting patterns, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.

When will I receive my order?

As the pattern is digital it should arrive by mail within a few minutes of the purchase. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you still did not receive it please contact Boel studios by mail: contact.boelstudis@gmail.com.

What if I ordered the pattern in the wrong language?

No worries. If you ordered the pattern in the wrong language. Contact Boel studios by mail: contact.boelstudios@gmail.com and we will be happy to send you the pattern in your preferred language.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries by e-mail?
