Dagny Poncho

The poncho is knitted from the shoulder, then around the body and back to the shoulder, and finally joined together with kitchener stitches. The poncho has an asymmetric design and is knit on large needles to create holes, the cast on needle is bigger to make the cast on stitches match the gauge. It is worked entirely in stockinette stitch with one strand of tweed.

Materials:

100 (100)g Isager Tweed (50g=200m)

8mm & 10mm needles

Size:

Small-Medium (Large-XLarge)

Small-Medium= length 37cm, shoulder circumference 78cm

Large-XLarge= length 45cm, shoulder circumference 84cm

Gauge:

13 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10cm in stockinette stitch on needle 8mm before blocking

The poncho from the picture is knitted in Isager Tweed in the color Lime.
